·         Provide travel visa requirements if applicable

Reserve Accommodations

·         We will begin with you answering a few questions about the budget for your trip, and I will then provide three to six options. After your selection, I will book your hotel accommodations according to your choice.

Tours and Excursions

You will fill out a client survey about your interests, food allergies, cuisine interests, and recreational preferences, and then we will do the following.

·         Reserve your tours and excursions.

·         Reserve dinner reservations or make recommendations where applicable.

·         Make appointments for self-care and spa services if available and needed.

 Transportation

·         Will reserve transportation from the airport to the hotel.
